This website (“Platform”) is operated by UNITED DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Company”,“we”,“us”,or“our”). By way of the Platform, the Company is, inter alia, engaged in the business of facilitating the sale and distribution of digital gift vouchers / gift cards / e-codes issued by third-party brands and merchants (“Brand Partners”), and related customer support and communication (collectively, the “Services”). The Company does not operate any wallet, stored-value account, or prepaid payment instrument, nor does it accept deposits or provide any financial, investment or return-bearing product. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, the Terms of Use of the Platform.
INFORMATION THAT IS OR MAY BE COLLECTED FROM YOU

We may actively collect information from you on our Platform during registration / login, and while you are availing of different classes of vouchers or Services provided by us, including for the purposes of authentication, authorisation, fraud checks and support.
PURPOSE AND METHOD OF USING INFORMATION COLLECTED

JURISDICTION
If you access or use the Platform, you agree that your visit and any dispute relating to privacy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Platform’s Terms of Use. Regardless of your place of residence, you hereby consent to your personal data being transferred to, processed and stored in India in accordance with applicable law.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, breach or termination, shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing such amicable resolution within 7 days, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Karnataka, India, the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
Subject to the foregoing arbitration clause, and for the purposes of seeking interim or conservatory relief or the enforcement of any arbitral award, the courts at Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This Privacy Policy shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
