• Select your ride category (excluding Ola Drive, Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike & Shuttle).

• Enter your Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) code in the field.
• Click Apply to redeem the voucher value against your fare.
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• The voucher amount will be applied to the ride fare only (not valid for taxes, tolls, or additional charges).

• The OLA Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled.

No. OLA Gift Cards are for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed partially. If your ride costs less than the gift card value, the remaining amount will be forfeited. It’s recommended to select a gift card denomination close to your expected ride fare.

Can I use two OLA E-Gift Cards for one ride?

No. Only one OLA Gift Card or promotional coupon can be applied per transaction. Multiple gift cards cannot be combined for a single ride.

My OLA E-Gift Card code is not working. What should I do?

If your OLA Gift Card code isn’t working:

• Ensure it hasn’t expired and is being applied before booking.
• Double-check for typing errors when entering the code.
• Make sure you’re using it for eligible ride categories (not valid for Ola Drive, Ola Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike & Shuttle).
  If the issue persists, it could be a temporary technical problem. 
• The gift card usually becomes active again within 72 hours. You can contact OLA Support at support@olacabs.com for assistance.

Can I get a refund if my ride is cancelled after applying a gift card?

No cash refund is issued. However, if a technical issue or cancellation occurs before ride completion, the gift card is generally re-enabled within 72 hours for reuse. For unresolved issues, contact OLA customer support.

Can I use the OLA Gift Card to pay for tolls or taxes?

No. The OLA Gift Card can only be used to pay for the base fare of the ride. It does not cover tolls, taxes, waiting charges, airport fees, or other miscellaneous costs. These must be paid separately.
