How to Redeem OLA India Gift Card

• Download the OLA App or visit OLA website.
• Select your ride category (excluding Ola Drive, Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike & Shuttle).
• Go to the Apply Coupon section before booking your ride.
• Enter your Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) code in the field.
• Click Apply to redeem the voucher value against your fare.
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• The voucher amount will be applied to the ride fare only (not valid for taxes, tolls, or additional charges).

Terms and Conditions

• The OLA Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled.
• The GV/GC is accepted only on the OLA App and website.
• Not valid for Ola Drive, Ola Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike, or Shuttle rides.
• The GV/GC is for one-time use only and cannot be redeemed partially.
• Only one GV/GC can be applied per ride.
• The voucher covers ride fare only; taxes, tolls, and other charges are excluded.
• No refund or credit note will be issued for any unused balance.
• The GV/GC cannot be combined with promo codes or other offers.
• Block-out dates may apply; Ola reserves the right to modify these at its discretion.
• The voucher holder is deemed the beneficiary of the GV/GC.
• Ola is not responsible for technical issues preventing redemption; blocked vouchers will be re-enabled within 72 hours.
